This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through the Ferro Racing website.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within South Africa only.

Order Processing & Manufacturing Time

All Ferro Racing products are made to order.

Orders are manufactured and prepared for dispatch within 2 to 14 business days, depending on:

  • Customisation options selected

  • Product specifications

  • Stock availability of materials

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Shipping & Delivery Time

Once your order has been completed and dispatched, delivery is handled by a third-party courier.

Estimated delivery times are in addition to manufacturing time and may vary depending on your location. All delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order details.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Order Tracking

Where available, a tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to track your delivery directly with the courier.

Delays

Ferro Racing is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier operations

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Load shedding or service disruptions

  • Events beyond our reasonable control

Such delays do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

If an order is delayed, returned, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer:

  • Ferro Racing will not be held responsible

  • Any reshipping costs will be for the customer’s account

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, risk passes to the customer.

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery date so we can assist in lodging a claim with the courier where applicable.
